Winter Candle

We source the majority of our ingredients from a family-owned supplier in the Southwest of England. These ingredients are NOT tested on animals and where ever possible are supplied in reusable materials.

Our key essential oils:

Cinnamon

This spicy, warming oil has is the perfect uplifting room scent, the oil can help to counter exhaustion and depression. Cinnamon is also effective of getting rid of unpleasant smells.

Clove

A spicy, warming aroma. Clove is known to help enhance focus and clear the air.

Sandalwood

Known to have a restorative effect on mind and emotions.

To get the best from your candle, simply follow these easy steps:

• Light your candle in a well-ventilated room; making sure there are no drafts or fans
• Allow the candle to burn for 1-2hrs at a time or until the wax has pooled to the edges. Shorter burn times can cause the candle to ‘tunnel’, which leaves build-up of wax around the sides of the votive.
• Do not leave candles burning in an empty room, or leave in reach of children and animals.

We try to keep our packaging recyclable, biodegradable or reusable where ever possible.

When you have finished with your candle please follow these steps to ensure as much can be recycled as possible:

• Remove outer labels by carefully peeling them off.
• Rinse the glass votive in warm water to remove residue soy wax (soy wax is a water based and is safe to rinse out).
• Remove the glue dot and dispose in your standard household waste.
• Glass votive is widely recycled; alternatively the votive can be reused for home projects.
• Outer card packaging is widely recycled or can be reused for an art project.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange to the same value for the returned goods will be offered. If the goods are faulty, a refund will be offered regardless of proof of purchase.

We will be happy to make a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged – please see below for details. Please return your item/s by post or in person and place a new order.
