We source fibre reeds for all our diffusers due to their superior quality to traditional rattan reeds. Fibre diffuser sticks have been designed to clog less and have a dense and vibrant appearance. Unlike traditional reeds these do not need to be turned as regularly, and will provide a better scent ‘throw’.
We recommend using all 7 fibre reeds that are provided with each diffuser and reuse for refills.
Provided in bundles of 7 we suggest replacing your reeds for each new scent.
We source the majority of our ingredients from a family-owned supplier in the Southwest of England. These ingredients are NOT tested on animals and where ever possible are supplied in reusable materials.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging.
Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange to the same value for the returned goods will be offered. If the goods are faulty, a refund will be offered regardless of proof of purchase.
We will be happy to make a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged – please see below for details. Please return your item/s by post or in person and place a new order.
